20 g active yeast (or a 10 gr package of dry yeast)
2-3 tbsp warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
320 g fine wheat flour type 550
2-3 tbsp SOLIA SMILE oil
about 200 ml lukewarm water
200 ml ketchup
200 grated cheese
200 g sliced ham
80 g button mushrooms
6 black olives

Dissolve yeast in some lukewarm water, add sugar and let stand in a warm place for about 5 minutes.
Mix flour with salt, oil and the yeast that has risen. Gradually add water to make a soft dough. Let the covered dough sit in a warm place until it has doubled in size (about 30 minutes). Once it rises, roll out the dough to fit the size of the mould (make them to fit 2 round moulds or 1 square-shaped baking tray). Spread pizza ketchup on the dough and spread cheese on it. Then add sliced ham, button mushrooms, julienned pepper and olives. Bake pizza for about 10 minutes at 250 degrees.
