CHINESE RICE STIRFRY

Two chicken breasts
a bit of SOLIA AROMA oil
1 package of mixed Chinese greens
soy sauce
1 larger cup of rice
salt
pepper
1 beef soup cube


Cut the chicken breasts into 1 cm thick strips. Heat a pan or wok, add butter and chicken. When chicken is done, add Chinese greens and sauté for several minutes more. Next cook rice (about 4 small cups). Rice has to be cooked AL DENTE!
When the vegetables are done, add beef stock cube! Mix in rice and add soy sauce. Mix everything to blend. This rice stir-fry dish should be medium dark from soy sauce but be careful and add the sauce with a light hand. Serve warm or with other Chinese dishes.
