CORN BREAD WITH SPINACH AND BRAN

50gr oats
50gr bran
25gr sesame seeds + 25gr more for garnishing
50gr sunflower seeds
4 small cups corn flour
½ cup SOLIA FIT oil
1 baking powder
½ l carbonated water
150gr blanched spinach


Preparation:
Mix all the dry ingredients. Finely chop spinach and add to the dry flour mix. Add oil and carbonated water. Mix. Add salt to taste. Line a 20×25 cm tray with baking paper. Pour the mix in the tray. Preheat the oven and bake for 45 minutes at 200’C. It is best to prick the bread with a needle to check if it is done.
