4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
1 tbsp SOLIA Smile
140 g Cheddar cheese, grated
1 ½ tbsp wholegrain mustard
3 tbsp milk
150 g cherry tomatoes, on the vine

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Slice the breasts in half horizontally to make thinner pieces. Oil a shallow baking dish and place the chicken in it in one layer.

Mix the cheese, mustard and milk in a bowl, then spread the mixture on top of the chicken. Arrange the tomatoes still on the vine on top. Cook in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
