4 eggs
150g sugar
1 lemon
200ml SOLIA SMILE oil
280g flour
1 big apple
1 baking powder
150g prunes
10 dried dates
50 g raisins
1 tablespoon cocoa

Clean the apple and coarsely grate it. Finely chop figs and dates. Separate egg whites from yolks and beat the whites into a stiff cream. Add sugar and keep beating until sugar melts and you get a smooth blend. Add yolks, juice and grated lemon rind, flour, baking powder and continue to beat the blend with a kitchen mixer. Finally, add grated apple, dates, figs, raisins and slowly fold them with a wooden spoon. Divide the prepared mixture in two equal parts and lightly fold cocoa in one part. Coat a deep but narrow baking mould with baking paper. First pour the yellow and then the brown mix. Bake in a preheated oven at 180’C until it turns golden.
