4 eggs
16 tablespoons flour
1 cup sour cream
1 10 gr baking powder
SOLIA STYLE oil
Beat the eggs well and mix with sour cream and flour which you first combined with baking powder. When the dough is completely smooth, spoon out puffs and fry them in hot SOLIA STYLE oil. You can serve and eat them either as a savory dish – with kajmak, cheese or sour cream cream or as a sweet dish – with jam, powdered sugar or chocolate spreading.
